Thanks to its professional team to ensure the continuity and sustainability of service quality, Ekol Hospital Quality Management Unit is in constant contact with the patients and personnel in the hospital to monitor patient-focused service in all areas of the hospital by conducting internal audits and self-assessment.

We continue to work on issues such as assessing the results of the questionnaires, increasing the feasibility of patient requests in accordance with quality standards, managing the new regulations and the process of compliance with the current standards by ensuring the coordination of the studies conducted within the framework of the Quality Management System held in our hospitals with ISO 9001 - 2008 certificate.
